- Within your community: Community administrators and property managers can see member names, unit numbers, and engagement data for their own community only.
- Service providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (hosting, email delivery, push notifications) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Safety: We may share information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mybor, our users, or the public.
