  • Push notification tokens (for delivering notifications to your device)

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the United States through our infrastructure provider, Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your personal information.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Within your community: Community administrators and property managers can see member names, unit numbers, and engagement data for their own community only.
  • Service providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (hosting, email delivery, push notifications) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Safety: We may share information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mybor, our users, or the public.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your account and associated personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential notifications at any time

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
